SCREEN STARS WARRANTY & GUARANTEE
Screen Stars Limited guarantees its manufactured garments against possible defects in materials and workmanship and offers a standard warranty of 2 years from date of purchase. Where such defects occur Screen Stars Limited will repair or replace the item in question.
This warranty is limited up to the value of the Products in question and is only valid when the product is used for the purpose it was intended under normal conditions.This warranty covers the failure of seams, trims and fabrics.
This warranty does not cover any damage caused by normal wear & tear, neglect, misuse, abrasion, exposure to extreme conditions, acids or solvents; nor does it cover damage caused by third parties during transportation (such as airline travel etc.).
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Screen Stars Limited before any repair or replacement is authorized. Screen Stars Limited does not warrant for defects in materials where materials are supplied by the customer.
Screen Stars Limited will not repair or replace items that have clear physical stress such as rips and split seams, or where there is clear evidence of inadequate care or treatment. For product care instructions, please see information on the back of the label.
The above warranty is exclusive and supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied. No person, agent or retailer is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of Screen Stars Limited, or to assume for Screen Stars Limited any other liability in connection with any of its products unless made in writing and signed by an official of Screen Stars Limited.
